Dirty print head: main reason. Clean it!
Print head wear/damage: If it cannot be repaired after cleaning, it needs to be replaced.
Incorrect print dark/hot settings: too low (dim) or too high (burnt out, shortening print head lifespan).
Media/ribbon issues: low quality, incompatibility, or ribbon/media misalignment; A tattered ribbon.
Incorrect printing speed: too fast for dark/hot settings.
Pressure roller problem: The roller is dirty, worn, or damaged, which affects the pressure.
