A: Yes, it is. High temperatures (>35 ℃/95 ℉) can accelerate wear and cause overheating. Low temperatures (<5 ℃/41 ℉) can cause materials to become brittle and affect heat transfer efficiency. Always operate the printer within the manufacturer's specified range.

Q: 2. Why does my print head make a "click" sound during operation?

A: Repeated clicks usually indicate:

The media/ribbon is stuck on the head.

The pressure head is incorrect (too high).

The gear of the paper roller is worn or misaligned.
