Markem SmartDate 2 3 5 107mm printheads support a resolution of up to 12 dots/mm (300 dpi) for clear alphanumeric text, barcodes, and QR codes.
The ultra-thin printing width of 12 millimeters allows for installation in narrow spaces and on multi-channel conveyors.
The built-in heat dissipation channel can maintain a stable operating temperature and extend the lifespan of the print head.
The integrated tension feedback system ensures uniform advancement of the ribbon and consistent ink transfer, reducing streaks and ghosting.
The tool free locking buckle and spring-loaded alignment pin can quickly replace the print head within 3 minutes, minimizing downtime to the greatest extent possible.
Stainless steel installation frames and hardened ceramic substrates can resist wear and contamination in harsh environments.
