Rohm RW420 Printhead

Rohm RW420 printhead is same with Zebra RW420 printhead.

The resolution is 203dpi, and the printing effect is clear.

It uses a ceramic substrate with precision etched heating elements, which can withstand vibrations, impacts, and temperature fluctuations well, thereby reducing wear caused by frequent medium changes and rough handling in the operating environment.

The RW420 print head is designed with precisely spaced heating points to ensure uniform temperature during the printing process, avoiding uneven printing effects that require repeated printing and unnecessary ribbon waste.

The fixing screws and self-aligning bracket make it very convenient and fast to install or replace the RW420 print head.

The RW420 is also equipped with a built-in thermistor that can continuously monitor the temperature of the print head, adjust the driving current in real time, ensure consistent printing results, and output clear barcodes, text, and graphics.
