The Zebra QL320 print head is an OEM thermal printing module used in Zebra's QL320/QL320 Plus mobile label printer (QL "Plus" is an enhanced QL320 series). The QL320 series is a direct thermal mobile printer series that prints at a resolution of 203 dpi with a maximum print width of approximately 2.9 inches (≈ 73.7 millimeters) - the print head is a consumable/replaceable component that generates images on media
Before placing an order, be sure to confirm the part number on the existing print head (different QL/QLN/QL Plus models may use different P/N or coatings). The supplier uses SKUs RK18277-1, RK18465-003, AN18247-1, and similar for QL320 head, but please verify what is printed on your device.
Main Features and Advantages
Use a Zebra cleaning pen or a cotton swab containing 70-90% isopropanol to wipe from the center outwards to prevent adhesive and dust from accumulating and causing streaks or dead spots.
Continuous stripes or missing dots, lines, etc. after cleaning are typical signs of wear or damage to the print head and should be replaced.
Authentic zebra head provides predictable lifespan and warranty support; A reputable compatible head may sometimes include a protective coating (DLC/hard coating) that can extend the lifespan of the abrasive.
