The Zebra ZD421 print head is a true OEM thermal printing component designed specifically for Zebra's 4-inch desktop printer series, including the ZD421D (direct thermal) and ZD421T (thermal transfer) models. There are two resolutions available: 203dpi (P/N P1112640-218) and 300 dpi (P/N P1112640-219), providing clear and reliable output for barcodes, text, and graphics in demanding label environments.

It is built on a high-precision ceramic substrate with densely arranged heating elements, capable of withstanding high-capacity workloads and medium wear, extending service life, and reducing replacement frequency
Lightweight and tool free modules enable fast, pollution-free exchange - simply turn off the power, release the lock, and insert a new print head to minimize downtime
The ZD421 print head is mainly used to print medical sample labels, retail shelf labels, transportation labels, and light industry asset tracking labels. For optimal results, clean the print head with isopropanol every time it is replaced, and perform media calibration through the printer's control panel after replacement
