The SRP-350III uses a replaceable thermal print head designed specifically for 3-inch (≈ 72mm) POS/receipt printing. The SRP-350III series includes 180 dpi and 203 dpi variants (SRP-350III/SRP-352III respectively), designed specifically for fast, high-throughput retail and hotel printing up to 250 mm/s. The print head is a precision thermal sensitive component (flexible cable+heating element on metal bracket), whose size and tuning can be used for clear text, barcodes, and graphics on direct thermal media used in cash registers, vending kiosks, and ticketing.
