Videojet 6210: An economical and compact TTO suitable for mid to low speed intermittent and continuous applications (typical low-speed flexible packaging). Suitable for customers who are transitioning from hot stamping to digital coding and require simple and reliable printing of dates/batches/variable data.
Videojet DataFlex ® 6320: A higher throughput TTO designed specifically for pouch and high-speed vertical/horizontal forming filling sealing production lines, offering head widths of 32mm and 53mm, capable of supporting long ribbon runs and faster production line speeds.
Main Features and Advantages
Produces reliable small text, dense QR codes, and logos, enabling printing to pass automatic verification and meet traceability/regulatory requirements.
6210 is suitable for low-speed intermittent/continuous lines; 6320 is designed for high-throughput and bag/vertical shape filling sealing applications. This enables buyers to match performance with capital and production line requirements.
The 32mm and 53mm print head options (DataMlex 6320) allow integrators to choose narrow print heads for stick packs/pouches, or wide print heads for larger multi line printing and labels.
Ribbon saving mode and long ribbon support reduce consumable replacement and lower the cost of each print, which is crucial for large-scale production lines.
Videojet's electronic ribbon drive and validated mechanical design reduce maintenance adjustments and ribbon wear compared to old mechanical ribbon drives, improve reliability, and reduce operator intervention.
Supports IM and CM operations and can be used for various packaging machines (HFFS/VFFS, tipping machines, labeling machines).
