DataFlex ® 6320 is Videojet's industrial TTO platform, providing printing widths of 32mm and 53mm; The 53mm print head allows you to print wider multi line dates, batch codes, logos, and multiple barcode/2D codes in one stroke, which is particularly useful when larger information blocks or multiple codes are needed on a single package. This system supports both intermittent and continuous production line formats, designed specifically for integration on vertical and horizontal forming filling sealing and pouring machines

The 53mm print head prints larger data blocks, multiple barcodes or logos at once - reducing complexity.
Wide range high resolution: The 300dpi quality on a wider print head ensures that even when printing larger blocks of information, small regulatory texts and dense 2D code can remain machine-readable.
With a ribbon capacity of 1200 meters and Videojet's ribbon saving algorithm, downtime for ribbon replacement is reduced, resulting in lower printing costs on large-scale production lines.
The clutch free/electronic ribbon driver maintains consistent tension, almost eliminating ribbon breakage, and maintaining consistent print quality under high acceleration/line speed variations.
The 53mm variant is designed specifically for vertical bags and high-speed packaging machines (VFFS/HFF), meeting the need for wider printing areas without compromising speed.
